Office of Disability Services (ODS)
The Office of Disability Services (ODS) continues to service students remotely! The steps for registering with ODS are as follows:

- Your documentation will be reviewed.
- You will be assigned an ODS counselor who will contact you.

Center for Access Services (CAS)
CAS continues to assist students by providing grocery assistance with Stop & Shop gift card distribution and helping with documentation and verification for SNAP (DTA), unemployment, other state and community partner benefits.
CAS is here to help students overcome barriers that may impact their ability to stay in school. The entire CAS team is working remotely and can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Writing Center is Open
Offering support for writing in all courses, including essays, research papers, lab reports, etc., the Writing Center provides support for all stages of the writing process (brainstorming, organization, development, drafting and revising, and more with guidance for APA and MLA formatting.

- The Date and Time you’re available to meet.
- The Course Code and Assignment that needs support.
- The Professor who teaches the class.
- The best phone number to reach you.
While appointments are encouraged, we are now also taking remote “Walk-Ins”! You can virtually “walk-in” to the writing center any time during office hours at https://zoom.us/j/4160807338

Student Success Center
Tutoring is available by calling 413-755-4715. Please leave a detailed message with your NAME, STCC ID NUMBER, a PHONE NUMBER where you can be reached and the SUBJECT that you need tutoring in. A staff member will call you back to set-up an online appointment using Google Hangouts.
Despite access to campus being limited, students can still reach out to the STEM Center for remote tutoring for STEM classes.
To book an appointment, please email the STEM Center at firstname.lastname@example.org with your available days and times, as well as the course and professor for which you are seeking support. If you have any questions, please let us know.
