Springfield Technical Community College is inviting students, faculty, staff and alumni to participate in the the 2nd Annual Springfield Pride Parade on Saturday, June 3.
The college will serve as a host by providing its campus as the gathering and starting point. All marchers should prepare to arrive on campus at 10 a.m. There will be music and local vendors between 10 a.m. right up until noon, the time the march is scheduled to start.
The culmination of the parade will be in front of City Hall, where a block party will take place. Marchers who head downtown will arrive at a festive scene of live music, games, floats, food from local vendors, giveaways.
