I am very excited to be a part of the Springfield Technical Community College Careers Exploration Night. This event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 30th from 4:30-7:30 p.m. This is an opportunity for anyone interested in becoming a health care professional to learn more about STCC’s programs. Whether you are a high school student looking to explore careers in health, a current student here at the college, or perhaps you are exploring a second career, I am confident that S T C C’s health programs can offer you a venue for meeting your career goals. Our accredited programs offer students an opportunity to impact patient care by working directly or indirectly with patients.
Our Career Exploration Night will feature tours of STCC’s SIMS Medical Center, a nationally recognized patient simulation facility, and tours of our healthcare departments. Most exciting is that visitors will have an opportunity to meet faculty and current students, observe demonstrations, and experience hands-on activities. These hands-on experiences can provide potential students a means for assessing which health program is the best fit for them.
We look forward to seeing you!
