Posting your event is easier than ever.

STCC faculty and staff now can use a new event submission form. Log in to the STCC portal and you will find a link to “event submission” under a header titled “miscellaneous.” You can fill out the fields, which includes an option to include an image. If your event repeats, the forum allows you to include the multiple dates

The newly constructed website calendar is more robust and detailed than before. Events have always listed as either “campus event” or “enrollment event.” We now have a number of subcategories, including athletics, film, speakers, open house, transfer info session, among others. You can find the full listing of subcategories in the left margin of the calendar page at

The submission form for your event works like the marketing request ticket form we have been using. As a reminder, you can visit the STCC portal (in the Marketing and Communications section) and find a link to create a marketing ticket request. (In this section, you also will find a link to list your event).

We also include links to submit an “Around the Green” item for the “STCC Together” eNewsletter. We encourage you to read through the information on the portal about submitting items to the Marketing and Communications Department, and make good use of it!
